Plans for the Baking Stall are now well advanced.  The items for sale and associated prices are as shown below

Please telephone in your order to Jessie Gold (864403) by 17 June.  Orders will then be available to be collected at the Church Hall on Saturday 20 June between 2pm and 4pm.  Suitable social distancing arrangements will be in place on the day.

Contributions of baking can be delivered to the Church Hall from 12 noon on 20 June. (For anyone shielding, or not able to get out, arrangements can be made to collect donations of baking and to deliver orders; contact Jessie on the above number.)

Good morning

As you can imagine, I have been concerned, as I am sure you are too, that there will be those in our congregation that have no access to the internet and therefore miss out on the Sunday morning service.

While it has created difficulty... where there is a will there is a way and having spent the best part of this week researching and working on it, I am now happy to announce that I have created a local telephone number that people can call to receive the audio from the Sunday morning. If they have a phone package that allows for free local calls then this will be included so it won't cost them anything and the fact that it is local means that it won't cost too much for those who do not have free calls as part of their phone package.

This is obviously not a substitute for gathering together but it will hopefully go some way to helping people who currently aren't able to access the video of the sermon on a Sunday morning.

The telephone number is 01368 652696 and is currently set up to play this past Sunday's service and will be updated on the Sunday morning when the video goes up on the Facebook page. Please pass this telephone number on to those who you know would benefit from this.

Thank you again for all you do and have been doing throughout this period of upheaval in our lives.

Yours in Jesus,

Neil
